Double Crawler System

 

The function of the upper and lower crawler is mainly to overcome the foaming pressure generated by polyurethane foam to cure and form, and determine the thickness of the composite plate and the speed of the production line; The function of the sideband is to overcome the transverse expansion force generated by polyurethane foam, determine the width of the composite plate, and play a precise guiding role in the production process of the composite plate; As an active mold for continuous operation, the double track needs to avoid plate deformities and surface scratches to ensure high-quality composite plates.

Cutting System

 

The main function of the band saw machine is to automatically measure the length of the board according to the required board length and set the corresponding parameters by the user.
